When will my transactions affect my account?

Most of the transactions will be executed instantly; some others will take some processing time.   • You are required to select an image during the user id creation process. This image will always appear during login if you are actually on valid CIM Banque Online platform. If the image does not appear or is different, then you are not on CIM Banque Online
  • To prevent somebody from guessing your password and getting unauthorised access to your account your User ID is locked in case of three consecutive wrong password entries.
